David del Russo

David Del Russo has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. David started their career as a Hotel Manager at Embassy Suites Hotel DC Downtown in 1998 and later became a General Manager at Embassy Suites Hotel San Juan, Puerto Rico in 2002. In 2005, they joined Embassy Suites DC Convention Center / Hilton Worldwide as a General Manager. From 2013 to 2014, David served as a General Manager at OTO Development. David then took on the role of Field Operations Manager, Mid-Atlantic from 2014 to 2017, where they were responsible for assisting with new hotel openings and onboarding of new properties. From 2017 to 2023, they served as a Regional Director of Operations NE at OTO Development, overseeing properties in Washington DC, New York, and Maryland. Currently, David holds the position of Senior Regional Director of Operations at OTO Development, where they mentor general managers and area general managers to ensure profitability and excellent service at each hotel.

David Del Russo attended Florida State University - College of Business from 1987 to 1991, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. David also pursued a BS in Hospitality within the same field of study during the same time period at Florida State University.
