Tom Young

Tom Young has a diverse work experience in finance roles. Tom started their career at Impact Ireland Metals Ltd in 2011 as an Accounts Assistant, primarily working in accounts payable and managing supplier relationships. Tom then moved on to Classic Hits 4FM and Radio Nova 100FM as an Assistant Accountant, where they assisted in cashflow management and produced management reports. In 2014, they joined Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG) as a Financial Accountant, responsible for producing financial statements for multiple entities. Tom then worked at a private algorithmic trading firm in London as the Head of Finance for a brief period in 2017. From 2018 to 2023, they served as the Financial Controller at Wrkit. Currently, they are the Head of Finance at Otonomee since June 2023. Tom has a well-rounded background in finance and has demonstrated their ability to handle various responsibilities throughout their career.

Tom Young obtained a post-graduate Higher Diploma in Computer Science (Software Development) from Dublin Business School from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued ACA membership from Chartered Accountants Ireland, specializing in Accounting and Finance, from 2014 to 2016. Before their Chartered Accountants Ireland program, they completed an associate membership in Accounting from Accounting Technicians Ireland during 2011 to 2013. Lastly, in 2010, Tom Young acquired a certified payroll technician degree in Payroll from Ipass (Irish Payroll Association).
