Olivier Rouy

Olivier Rouy has been working in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. Olivier started their career as an assistant concierge at Hôtel Meurice in 1997. Olivier then moved to Hôtel Raphael where they worked as a concierge for seven years. In 2004, they joined Hilton where they worked as a chef concierge for nine years. In 2013, they joined Prince de Galles, a Luxury Collection hotel, as their chef concierge. Olivier then moved to The Peninsula Paris in 2014 where they worked as their chef concierge until December 2014. Olivier is currently the HR Director at Otoqi.

Olivier Rouy completed a Bachelor's degree in Concierge de Grand Hôtel et Manager de l'Expérience Client from the Institut de Conciergerie Internationale - ICARE. Olivier then went on to earn an MBA in Human Ressources from ESG Executive Education.

Olivier Rouy works with Max David - Sales Executive, Chiara Padovani - Talent Acquisition Manager, and Beatrice Brozzoni - Operations Manager. Their manager is Sébastien De Limon, CEO & Co-Founder.
