Alexandra Major is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management and recruitment. Currently serving as Senior HR Business Partner at OTP Bank Romania since June 2020, Alexandra manages key talent recruitment, training needs assessment, performance management, and labor legislation advisory for approximately 1000 employees within the Business Division. Prior roles include People Operations Manager at SmartDreamers, HR Business Partner at OTP Bank Romania, Senior Recruiter for EY in Romania and Moldova, and Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Genpact. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Bucharest, completed in 2016.
