Leander Sikma

Leander Sikma is the current CTO at Otrium. Leander has also previously served as the co-founder and CTO of CrowdCaptain, and the CTO of Paydro.

Leander has always been interested in technology and how it can be used to improve people's lives. Leander was drawn to the field of software development because it allowed him to be creative and solve complex problems.

Leander's experience as a software developer has taught him how to think critically and solve problems quickly. Leander is also an expert in customer satisfaction and product experience.

Leander's ultimate goal is to use their skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on the world.

Leander Sikma pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) at NHL Hogeschool in multimedia studies and computer science. Leander graduated with honours from NHL Hogeschool.

Leander Sikma reports to Milan Daniels, Co-CEO & Co-Founder. Hashan Kanchana - Senior Software Engineer, Marek Liszka - DevOps Engineer, and Ilse van Splunder - Data Analytics Support report to Leander Sikma. They are on a team with Rutger Pruijs - Visual Merchandising, Paul Verhulst - UI Design Lead, and Farid Movsumov - Product Team Lead.
