Vanessa Stelter

Vanessa Stelter is the current CX & Customer Operations Supervisor at Otrium. Vanessa has been with the company since June 2020 and in their current position since May 2021. Prior to that, they were the International CX Manager from January 2020 to May 2020. Vanessa has also interned with Statok GmbH in marketing from February 2019 to August 2019 and with Vero Moda as a Sales Assistant from July 2018 to December 2018.

Vanessa Stelter is a graduate of the International School of Management in Germany, where they earned their MA in Management - Marketing, CRM & Vertrieb and BA in Global Brand & Fashion Management. Vanessa also attended EBS Paris - European Business School.

Vanessa Stelter reports to Thibaut Martin, Head of CX. They work with Denise Scholtes - CX Marketing, Training & Content Specialist, Simone van der Veen - CX & Customer Operations Team Manager, and Britt Hofman - CX Project Manager.
