Harald Eisenmenger is an experienced professional in the field of customer solutions and IT service management, currently serving as Team Lead Customer Solutions L1 at OTRS Group since June 2016. Educational credentials include an IHK Abschluß in Kommunikationselektroniker, specializing in Informationstechnik from ABB Installationen GmbH and IHK Prüfung from Gewerbliche Schulen der Stadt Essen, both completed between 1989 and 1993.
