Jo Osmond (Ferguson) has extensive experience in HR roles. Jo began their career at DVC Sales in 2000 as an HR Officer, where they worked until 2003. Jo then joined Elyo Services as an HR Officer before moving on to British American Tobacco as an Assistant HR Manager in 2004. In 2009, Jo became an HR Manager at GE Healthcare, and in 2010, they became an HR Business Partner at Otsuka Pharmaceuticals (UK) Ltd. From 2014 onwards, they worked at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies Europe, first as an HR Shared Services and Payroll Manager and then as the EU HR Projects and Compensation Director, a role they currently hold.
Jo Osmond (Ferguson) began their education at the University of Exeter in 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Public Relations. They successfully completed their degree in 2000. Following this, Jo furthered their education at the University of West London from 2000 to 2002. During this time, they obtained a University Diploma in Personnel and Development.
