Zack Zazula has held various positions throughout their career. Zack began their work experience as an Information Technology Risk Manager at AOL in 1998 and continued in that role until 2012. Following their time at AOL, they joined BAE Systems as a Technical Director from 2012 to 2015. Zack then moved to IQVIA, where they became the Senior Director and Global Head of Cybersecurity. In this role, they led a business unit with professionals across 10 countries. Currently, they serve as the Chief Information Security Officer at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) since October 2018, focusing on neuroscience, nephrology, and digital innovation.
Zack Zazula completed a Master of Science degree in Management of Information Technology at the University of Virginia from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Criminology from The University of New Mexico from 1993 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Zack also holds several certifications including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in 2019, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2018, Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) from ISACA in 2010. Zack also has certifications in Archer Certified Professional (ACP) from RSA Security, Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundations (ITIL) from Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2006, and Master Certified Information Technology Project Manager from The George Washington University in 2005.
