Lesley Collins

Lesley Collins has over 16 years of experience in heritage planning, currently serving as Program Manager for Heritage Planning at the City of Ottawa since April 2009, following roles as Heritage Planner II and Heritage Planner I within the same department. Prior to this, Lesley worked as a Heritage Planner and Planner I at the City of Edmonton from June 2007 to April 2009. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from the University of Toronto, obtained from 2004 to 2006, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Memorial University in Newfoundland and Labrador, completed from 2000 to 2004.
