Lynea Finn

Lynea Finn PMP is an experienced professional currently serving as the Coordinator of the Community Engagement Team at the City of Ottawa since June 2022, where management of a ten-person outreach staff occurs to connect community members with social services. Previous roles include Program and Project Management Officer for the Children's Service Area and several positions within the Ottawa Paramedic Service, including Primary Care Paramedic and A/Special Events Paramedic. Lynea's expertise extends to public health as a Program and Project Management Officer at Ottawa Public Health and as Communications Coordinator roles with the City of Ottawa. Additionally, Lynea has authored a historical book on the Ottawa Paramedic Service and contributed as a freelance writer for Canadian Paramedicine magazine.
