Mike Julien

Mike Julien serves as the Program Manager for Rail Operations at the City of Ottawa, holding this position since July 2010, where responsibilities include leading the Rail Operations team for the Trillium Line expansion and the ongoing revenue service of Lines 2 and 4. Previous roles within the City of Ottawa include Superintendent/Specialist at the Transit Operations Control Center and Program Manager for both the Confederation and Trillium Lines. Mike’s earlier experience includes roles as Coordinator of Regulatory Assurance, Rail Instructor, and Bus/Electric Rail Operator. Prior to joining the City of Ottawa, Mike was a Floor Refinisher at Artech Flooring and a Lead Accessory Technician/Apprentice at Donnelly Group. Mike holds a certification from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
