Sandra Freedman

Sandra Freedman is an experienced project manager and business transformation consultant with a strong background in digital customer experience and strategic design. Currently serving as Project Manager and Senior IT Business Analyst at the City of Ottawa, Sandra has previously held roles at PwC Canada and MNP Technology Solutions, where responsibilities included managing cross-functional teams, conducting collaborative workshops, and delivering training on CRM solutions. With a solid foundation in policy development from various government roles, including serving as a Policy and Regional Advisor and Legislative Assistant, Sandra holds multiple degrees from Carleton University, including a Master's in International Affairs and a Master's in Political Management.
