Majd al-Aarg

Majd Al-Aarg is an undergraduate student researcher at Ottawa Hospital Research Institute, focusing on mechanisms affecting muscle and nervous system integrity for the treatment of neuromuscular disorders. Majd also holds positions as a lead web developer and chief of design at Hands On Health Magazine, a destreaming student instructor at Ottawa-Carleton District School Board, a mathematics and English tutor at Kumon Canada, Inc., and a former head marketing specialist at Medicine Encompassed. Additionally, Majd served as the vice president of information technology at Günk Co, where Majd developed the online framework and managed various aspects of the e-commerce website. Majd is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science at the University of Ottawa.
