Parinaz Paranjkhoo M.D., Mph

Parinaz Paranjkhoo, MD, MPH, serves as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute since September 2023. Previously, Paranjkhoo was a Research Assistant at the American University of Armenia from December 2021 to August 2023 and completed a Medical Internship at Yerevan State Medical University named after Mkhitar Heratsi from October 2020 to October 2021. Additionally, Paranjkhoo held a Public Health Internship at the Hematology Center After Prof. R. Yeolyan in summer 2021. Paranjkhoo has a Doctor of Medicine degree from Yerevan State Medical University (2014-2020) and a Master's degree in Public Health from the American University of Armenia (2020-2022). During medical education, Paranjkhoo was a member of the YSMU Students' Scientific Society, was actively involved in organizing events, and volunteered within the community. Paranjkhoo also supervised Iranian medical students during a program with the International Federation of Medical Students Association in July 2016.
