Dave Owen

Dave Owen possesses extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as a Sales Associate at Fishman Commercial Real Estate since December 2017. In addition, Dave leads the David C. Owen Leadership Institute at Ottawa University, contributing to leadership development within the institution. As President & CEO of EQUIVEST, LLC and previously as CEO of LodgeWell, LLC, Dave has demonstrated expertise in hotel development and mergers and acquisitions. Prior roles include President & CEO of ICOP Digital, Inc., as well as Midwest Regional Manager at Stephens Inc., and Chairman & CEO of First National Bank of Shawnee Mission. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Economics from Ottawa University and advanced banking education from Rutgers University and The Ohio State University.
