We are searching for a dynamic Director of Product Management to shape the enterprise product with our exceptional team.  As one of the fastest growing AI startups we have over 15 million users and growing.  As Director of PM for Enterprise, this is an incredible opportunity to lead product initiatives and drive large-scale enterprise sales revenue.

Your impact

  • Shape and execute on the enterprise product vision and strategy, collaborating closely with executives, engineering, sales, and marketing.
  • Focus on driving enterprise product adoption, engagement, and long-term retention.
  • Spearhead initiatives targeting the sales vertical; identify new verticals and avenues for exponential growth
  • Lead a world-class product team to deliver an enterprise-grade solution that meets integration, administration, analytics, and security needs of our largest customers.
  • Partner with sales to develop PQL motion, effective onboarding, and customer success.
  • Champion improvements to customer experience and retention.
  • Identify areas of innovation and differentiation from competitors

We're looking for someone who

  • Brings 7+ years experience in product management for collaborative SaaS products (like Slack, Microsoft Teams, Notion, Figma) and sales-enablement products
  • Has extensive experience in Product-led Growth (PLG)
  • Has strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Has exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record delivering results and motivating a team
  • Has excellent communication skills, with ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Has a track record of shipping great enterprise products 
  • Is entrepreneurial, a self-starter, and thrives in a high-growth environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a technical or business field
  • Has knowledge of AI, machine learning, and enterprise sales (preferred but not required

Salary Range

Annual base salary $185,000 to $225,000

This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package.
