Yisong Wang

Yisong Wang is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as the Lead Member of Technical Staff at Sisu since 2023. Previously, Yisong co-founded a stealth startup focused on cloud-based workflow management from 2022 to 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Engineering Lead at Airbnb, driving growth initiatives for the China CS Product from 2019 to 2022. Yisong held the position of Technical Lead at Facebook from 2017 to 2019, where significant contributions were made to the video product Watch, achieving a 10X increase in key growth metrics. Earlier roles include Software Engineer at LinkedIn, where back-end services for notifications were built, and at Actuate, developing web tools for Business Intelligence. Yisong began a career in software engineering at Nationwide Insurance as a Software Engineer In Test (SDET) focusing on automation test. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
