Blythe Kloshen

Blythe Kloshen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various roles related to childcare and administrative support. Blythe has worked at Otter Learning as a Center Director since May 2023. Prior to that, they were a Case Manager at Changing Lives from June 2022 to May 2023. Blythe also served as a Behavioral Health Specialist at Mindful Behavioral Care LLC from March 2022 to June 2022. In addition, they worked as a Childcare Director at YMCA of Greater Toledo from October 2021 to March 2022 and as an Operations Specialist at DoorDash from August 2021 to October 2021. Blythe gained valuable teaching experience at Hope Nursery and Childcare, where they worked as a Lead Preschool Teacher from July 2019 to October 2021. Blythe also held positions as a Lead Early Preschool Teacher at Primrose Schools from December 2018 to July 2019, and as a Preschool Teacher/HR assistant at Inspirations Early Learning Center from February 2016 to December 2018. Blythe has further experience as a Lead Infant Teacher/Administrative Assistant at A Promising Tomorrow from October 2015 to January 2016, and as an Administrative Assistant/Teacher at Toddler Tech Childcare from January 2015 to October 2015. Blythe Kloshen completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Toledo between 2008 and 2010. After that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Walden University from 2016 to 2017.
