Kimberly Fernandez

Kimberly Fernandez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kimberly currently works as a Business Development Coordinator at Otter Learning since August 2022. Prior to this, they were a Director at Endeavor Schools from August 2019 to August 2022.

Before working in the education sector, Kimberly had experience in the corporate sector. Kimberly worked as an Operations Manager at Sherwin-Williams Paints from March 2010 to May 2016.

Kimberly also has experience in management roles in the retail sector. Kimberly was a Store Manager at Corner Place Package in January 2014, where they implemented an inventory management system and ensured accurate cash flow. Kimberly was also the Owner and Operator of The Sandwich Company from November 2012 to November 2013, where they managed financial data and employee performance.

Their earliest work experience was as a Senior Team Lead at Target from June 2001 to March 2010.

Throughout their career, Kimberly has gained skills in business development, operations management, retail management, and employee performance management.

Kimberly Fernandez received their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Valencia College between 2003 and 2006. Kimberly then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Business Management and Human Resources at the University of Central Florida from 2006 to 2008. In December 2019, Kimberly obtained a certification in NICCM's National Directors Credential from the National Institute of Child Care Management (NICCM).
