Sandra Backes has over a decade of experience in internal communications and engagement, currently serving as Head of Internal Communications & Engagement at OTTO since October 2010. Prior roles at OTTO include Head of Comms Consulting, Strategy & Channel, Senior Expert Communications Development & Structure, Senior Communication Consultant, and Referentin Interne Kommunikation. Sandra's previous experience includes a role as Referentin Kommunikation and Assistentin Kommunikation/Marketing at Veolia from August 2008 to August 2010. Sandra holds a Diplom-Sozialwirtin degree in Social Sciences from The University of Göttingen (2001-2007) and studied at Universidade Nova de Lisboa (2003-2004).
