Ella de Beer

Ella de Beer has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Ella has held various roles throughout their career, starting as an Operations Manager at The Meredith Group in 2006. Ella then moved on to be an Operations Manager at 333 Holdings Ltd from 2008 to 2011. Ella later became a People and Operations Director at Cirrus Inns from 2011 to 2014, and then at Sourced Market from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, Ella established their own consultancy company, Ella de Beer Ltd, where they served as the Director until 2022. Ella then joined MJMK Hospitality as the Head of People from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Ella is working as the Chief People Officer at Ottolenghi Group since 2024. Additionally, in 2019, Ella also served as the Director of Electric Mayonnaise Ltd, a professional development company for hospitality. Overall, Ella de Beer has extensive experience in various roles and has worked with notable brands in the industry.

From 2003 to 2004, Ella de Beer studied at Central Saint Martins, where they obtained a Master's degree in Design Studies with a focus on Sensory Perception in Food.
