Kirstie Kipfmiller

Kirstie Kipfmiller is an accomplished Packaging Engineer with extensive experience in packaging development, focusing on e-commerce and promotional products at Dr. Squatch since November 2021. Previously, Kirstie held roles as an Associate Packaging Specialist at Nestlé from July 2018 to October 2021 and as a Packaging Intern at Coty in early 2017. During the tenure at Nestlé, Kirstie also completed an earlier internship in 2016 at Nestlé Dreyer's Ice Cream, developing comprehensive packaging solutions for new product launches. Kirstie's strong technical skills in material selection, compliance, and logistics have led to the optimization of packaging processes and cost reductions in manufacturing. Kirstie holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Michigan State University, one in Packaging (2015-2018) and another in Nutritional Sciences (2010-2014).
