Kelsey Pope

Kelsey Pope currently serves as the Senior Manager of Patient Experience at Oula, a position held since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Heal, where Kelsey progressed from Patient Support Coordinator to Patient Care Coordinator and ultimately to Patient Success Regional Manager. Previous positions were held at NADAP as an Intensive Care Coordinator and Care Coordinator, and at People Incorporated Mental Health Services as a Mental Health Practitioner and Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker. Early career experiences include administrative support at the Minneapolis Home and Garden Show and teaching at Sandcastle Childcare, along with service as an Early Childhood Educator with AmeriCorps. Kelsey Pope earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Miami University from 2008 to 2012.
