Simon Hetzel has a diverse work experience in the field of Dynamics 365/Power Platform consulting and development. Simon has worked as a Dynamics 365/Power Platform Consultant at Our Future Health UK since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Dynamics 365/Power Platform Developer at the University of Surrey from 2021 to 2022, where they focused on stabilizing and enhancing the deployment of Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Simon Hetzel completed their education in a chronological order. Simon first attended Loughborough Grammar School from 1977 to 1984, where they obtained 5 A-levels and 10 O-levels. Simon then went on to study at the University of Bristol, earning a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from 1985 to 1988. Later, they pursued a PhD in Communication Engineering at the University of Bristol from 1988 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, Simon also obtained two certifications from Microsoft Corporation. In May 2009, they became a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Dynamics: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Installation and Deployment. During the same time, they also obtained another MCTS certification for Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure Configuration.
