Duke Walker, FACHE, MBA, is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in operations and rehabilitation services. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center since September 2017, Duke oversees a 395-bed facility that includes multiple hospital campuses and specialized services. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Rehabilitation and Orthopedics & Spine Service Line Administrator at HCA Healthcare's Osceola Regional Medical Center, where Duke managed a flagship 404-bed hospital. Additionally, Duke held the position of Director of Rehabilitation Services at Wellmont Bristol Regional Medical Center, contributing to the development of comprehensive rehabilitation programs. Academic qualifications include an MBA with a specialization in Healthcare Management from King University, a Master of Science in Physical Therapy, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science, all obtained from the University of Central Arkansas, along with an undergraduate degree from Arkansas State University.
