Nate Dort

Nate Dort has a solid work experience in the field of hardware engineering. Starting in 2014, they worked as an Electrical Engineer at Medtronic Brain Therapies until 2016. Nate then moved on to HARMAN International, where they served as a Senior Hardware Engineer from 2016 to 2019 and as a Principal Hardware Engineer, SME from 2019 to 2022. Most recently, Nate joined Our Next Energy (ONE) in 2022 as a Senior Principal Hardware Engineer. In addition to their engineering roles, they also held the position of Lead Product Designer at Remote Audio from 2006 to 2011.

Nate Dort has a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Controls and Signal Processing, from the University of Colorado Denver, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Before that, Nate studied Electrical Engineering, with a focus on Controls and Signal Processing, at Montana Technological University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Recording Industry: Production & Technology from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 2003 and 2006. Their earlier education includes Mechanical Engineering studies at Michigan Technological University from 1999 to 2003.
