Rob Hafner

Rob Hafner is an experienced Engineering Technician at Our Next Energy, Inc. since October 2021, having previously worked at A123 Systems from November 2009 to October 2021. At A123 Systems, Rob held the position of Engineering / Testing Technician, focusing on wire harness assembly, surface mount soldering, and various fabrication tasks, including potentiometer and resistor box fabrication. Rob also conducted R&D abuse testing setups, created wire harness prints and drawings, and was involved in prototype assembly using 3D printing. Additionally, Rob served as Prototype Lab Team Leader, overseeing advanced Li-Ion battery module manufacturing, and has been HV trained since 2013.
