Pasi Peltola

Pasi Peltola is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in hardware and mechanical applications. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager for HW at ŌURA since May 2021, Pasi manages mechanical and electrical engineering teams. Prior experience includes a Senior Engineering Manager role at Bosch overseeing test automation and hardware design for ebike connected devices, and a significant tenure at BLOKS. GmbH as Head of New Product Introduction, where Pasi focused on eBike system integration and team stabilization. Pasi's earlier career at Polar Electro Oy involved leading feasibility studies and managing the manufacturing process for smartwatches and wearable technology. With a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Pasi's expertise lies in product development, project management, and industrialization processes, complemented by a Lean Six Sigma certification.
