Catherine Gillings

Catherine Gillings has a diverse range of work experience in various organizations. Catherine started their career in 2001 at CGGVeritas, where they served as the Organizational Development Manager for the Western Hemisphere until 2009. Catherine then joined FMC Technologies in 2010 and held multiple roles including Global Organizational Development & Training Manager, Global Leadership & Development Manager, and Director of Talent Management until 2017. In 2017, they briefly worked at TechnipFMC as the HR Director for Corporate HQ Houston. Since 2017, Catherine has been working at Talent IQ LLC as the Principal Consultant. In 2020, they joined OurOffice, Inc. as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant.

Catherine Gillings obtained a Master of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of London in 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Robert Gordon's University. In terms of additional certifications, Catherine completed the CoachRICE program offered by Rice University in December 2018. Catherine is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
