Philippa Sturt

Philippa Sturt is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and a focus on advising start-ups and growth businesses. Currently serving as a Partner at Oury Clark since April 2021, Philippa specializes in M&A, group restructures, and employee incentives, demonstrating a strong enthusiasm for working with founders and entrepreneurs. Prior to this, Philippa held the position of Partner at Joelson JD LLP from September 2008 to March 2021, where the focus was on a comprehensive range of transaction and commercial issues. Philippa began their career as a Solicitor at Pitmans and Barlow Robbins, concentrating on corporate law and transactional matters.
