Marisol Peters has a diverse range of work experience in the field of information technology and management. Marisol is currently the Vice President of Information Technology at Out & Equal. Previously, they worked as a Professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, teaching courses in Electronic Medical Records Design and Project Management.

Marisol has also held leadership roles in various organizations. Marisol served as the Chief Operations Officer at NationalNoteGroup Capital Fund, where they were responsible for overseeing various operational functions and developing organizational policies and procedures. Prior to that, they worked as the Executive Director of Information Technology & Information Security at EC Scott Group, where they revamped their IT model and oversaw a project migration.

In addition, Marisol has held positions such as Chief Information Officer at YAI, Chief Information Officer/Director of IT at Saint Clare's Health, and Manager of Information Systems at Atlantic Health. Marisol has also worked as an Epic Clinical Analyst/Project Manager at Hackensack University Medical Center and as an Information Technology Manager/Program Director at Meadowlands Hospital and Medical Center.

Earlier in their career, Marisol worked as a Technical Senior Support Analyst at Fresenius Medical Care North America, where they managed and maintained clinical applications for numerous clinics and dialysis facilities.

Marisol brings extensive experience in IT leadership, project management, and healthcare technology to their roles. Marisol holds a Master's degree, PMP certification, and CISM certification.

Marisol Peters has a strong educational background in the field of information systems and computer engineering. Marisol started their education at DeVry University, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science and another AS degree in Finance & Business Administration in the years 1997-2000.

Marisol then went on to pursue their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, which they completed in the years 2009-2013. Following their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Systems Management in the years 2013-2017.

Marisol's commitment to expanding their knowledge and expertise is evident in their pursuit of higher education. Marisol is currently enrolled at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, working towards a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Information Systems. Their doctoral program began in 2019 and is expected to be completed in 2024.

In addition to their academic achievements, Marisol has also obtained several professional certifications that further enhance their qualifications. Marisol is a Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) accredited by ISACA, which they obtained in September 2020. Furthermore, they are a Project Management Professional certified by the Project Management Institute since February 2012. Lastly, they hold a certification in Epic, obtained from Epic in August 2010.
