Events Management

The Events Management team at Out & Equal is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all events that advocate for LGBTQ workplace equality. This includes coordinating signature events, managing logistics, developing event programming, and ensuring that each event aligns with the organization's mission. The team works closely with various stakeholders, including corporate partners, resource groups, and individual advocates, to create impactful and inspiring experiences that foster professional development and cultural acceptance.
