Jake Rudin

Co-Founder, Managing Partner at Out of Architecture

Jake Rudin has a diverse work experience. Jake started their career as the Director of Business Development at GatherEducation from November 2015 to January 2017. Jake then became a Founding Partner at RE: Design Studio, where they worked from May 2011 to May 2018. Following that, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Portland State University from August 2016 to May 2019. In 2017, they joined adidas as a Technical Manager - Advanced Creation, focusing on innovation and design of footwear. Jake later took on roles as the Director of the Sample Room - Yeezy and Senior Manager of Digital Technologies. In 2018, they co-founded and became the Managing Partner of Out of Architecture. Currently, they serve as an Advisor to multiple companies, including aec+tech, SoleSafe, Naya, Amberjack, and Techstars.

Jake Rudin has a Master of Design (MDes) degree in Technology from Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Jake also holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from Cornell University. In addition, they have completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
