Jennifer Darichuk, CMP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jennifer began their career as an Assistant Manager at Flagstar Bank in 2008 and transitioned into the events industry in 2011. At the Association of Fundraising Professional, Greater Detroit Chapter, Jennifer served as an Event Planner and Sponsorship Coordinator, managing monthly educational programs and a large awards ceremony. Jennifer exceeded annual fundraising goals of $75,000. Jennifer then joined the American Concrete Institute as the ACI Convention Lead & Sponsorship Coordinator, overseeing event operations for semi-annual conventions with up to 1800 attendees. Jennifer managed all aspects of event planning, budgeting, relationship building, and sponsorship sales. In 2015, Jennifer joined the Microsoft Project User Group as a Global Events Administrator, responsible for coordinating international events and managing event staff. Most recently, they have held roles at Out of the Box Technology, where they have worked as both a Marketing Manager and a Business Development/Customer Relations professional. Overall, Jennifer has demonstrated extensive experience in event management, relationship building, and sales.

Jennifer Darichuk, CMP holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University. In August 2013, they obtained the certification of Certified Meeting Professional from the Convention Industry Council.
