In 2005, Kristal became the office manager at Catharsis Managed IT Services where they oversaw sales, accounts receivable, and customer service. Kristal held this position for 12 years until they joined Elby Professional Recruitment in 2017 as their office manager.
Kristal left Elby in 2018 to take their current position as office manager at Outcast Foods.
Kristal Simpson has completed certified bookkeeping and digital photography courses at Mohawk College. Kristal has also completed a travel and tourism course at the Toronto School of Business, and a business and entertainment administration course at Durham College. Kristal has also received certification from LinkedIn in Google Drive Essential Training, Building Resilience as a Leader, New Manager Foundations, Learning Dropbox, Secrets of Effective Prioritization, and Unconscious Bias. Additionally, they have received certification from GoSkills.com in Microsoft Excel - Basic & Advanced, and from Advanced Medical Certification in CPR AED First Aid.
