Ryan Thompson

Ryan Thompson CPSM MA is an experienced professional in supply chain and strategic sourcing, currently serving as Sr. Sourcing Manager at Land O'Lakes, Inc., where responsibilities include managing packaging sourcing strategies with a spend of approximately $200 million. Previous roles include Strategic Purchasing Manager at BAE Systems, where leadership of a team focused on R&D procurement occurred, and Category Manager Supply Chain at Xcel Energy, where complex procurement strategies were developed. Additional experience includes sourcing transportation services at Accenture, establishing logistics partnerships at JB Hunt, and serving as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, gaining international experience in 27 countries.
