Kelsey Rooker

Kelsey Rooker, PharmD, currently serves as the Clinical Services Team Lead at Outcomes™ since August 2017, where responsibilities include leading the design and deployment of patient outreach programs primarily for pharmaceutical manufacturers. Kelsey has also held various roles within Outcomes™, including Interim Manager and Senior Advisor, managing clinical MTM programs and digital outreach initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Sales Representative at Eli Lilly and Company, focusing on diabetes and biomedicines, and completing a post-doctorate fellowship in Global Regulatory Affairs at Eli Lilly. Kelsey has extensive clinical experience gained through APPE rotations at several prominent healthcare facilities and has contributed to academia as an adjunct professor. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Drake University.
