Becca Pitts

Becca Pitts is currently employed at Outcomes First Group as an SEMH Class Tutor and Subject Lead, where Becca focuses on meeting the educational goals and SEMH needs of students aged 8-13. Prior to this role, Becca worked as a Lead Education Support Worker and HLTA, overseeing a team of support workers. Outside of their educational roles, Becca has also been involved in various leadership positions within The Scouts. Additionally, Becca has experience in customer service, quality assurance, event assistance, and bar staff roles. Becca holds a BSc in Zoology and Animal Behaviour from Bangor University and a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Animal Management from Bridgwater & Taunton College.
