Jodie Parker

Jodie Parker has extensive experience in managing children's homes and coordinating supported lodgings. At Outcomes First Group, Jodie currently holds multiple titles including Regional Manager, Head of Care, and Registered Children's Home Manager for a newly registered 5-bed EBD children's home. Prior to this, Jodie served as a Senior Team Manager and Team Manager for a children's home for boys with complex needs. Additionally, Jodie has experience working as a Coordinator for East Hampshire Supported Lodgings at Two Saints and as an ETE Worker for the same company. Jodie's background also includes tutoring at Highbury College and obtaining a Foundation degree in youth support from The Open University.
