South Coast

South Coast is currently a Region at Outcomes First Group. They have previous experience as a Management & Leadership Trainer at Comfort Care Services from December 2019 to June 2020 and as a Learning and Development Advisor at DB Schenker from April 2018 to September 2019.

South Coast has always had a passion for helping others learn and grow. They first got into the field of training and development while working at Comfort Care Services, where they developed and delivered high quality learning interventions to the management team. South Coast then went on to work as a Learning and Development Advisor at DB Schenker, where they collaborated with the Leadership Team, Managers, HRBP's and external training providers to identify, design and embed the company's learning and development offering.

South Coast is committed to driving a culture of learning and continuous development and works closely with Key Stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that the learning and development opportunities meet peoples' needs, the business needs and align with the company strategy. They also manage sustainability of learning and development through continual evaluation and feedback and entrenched relationships with managers, our people and HR.

The educational career for South Coast would include completing a Bachelor of Business Studies at the University of West London, as well as obtaining certifications from The LPI in Essential Online Delivery Skills and from - in CTP Qualified.
