Kristen Squires

Kristen Squires has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kristen most recently served as the Director of Communication at Outdoor Adventures Inc since February 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Marketing at DICE Corporation and IPtelX from July 2019 to January 2020. Kristen also served as the Senior Marketing Manager at Midland Center for the Arts for three years, from June 2016 to July 2019. Additionally, they have held various marketing and public relations roles at organizations such as Social Media Club - Great Lakes Bay Region, ClearRiver Advertising & Marketing, Vision MidMichigan, Habitat for Humanity of Michigan, and Saginaw Habitat for Humanity. Kristen began their professional career as an intern at Saginaw Spirit.

Kristen Squires obtained their Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Integrative Public Relations from Central Michigan University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Kristen has also obtained several certifications. Kristen received a Reputation Management Program certification from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) in June 2022. Before that, in May 2021, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Kristen also holds a Hootsuite Platform Certification, which they obtained in November 2020.
