Beth Leith

Beth Leith, MBA, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on organizational development, talent management, compliance, change management, and HR consulting. Beth is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Outdoor Living Supply. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Director of Human Resources at Compass Electronics Solutions, where they led the HR function for four acquired businesses and managed a team of HR professionals. Beth also has experience as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Bunzl Distribution NA, an HR Business Partner at ADP, an HR Manager at Olympak Printing & Packaging, and a Human Resources Manager at BTW Inc. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, leadership development, employee relations, and delivering HR excellence.

Beth Leith, MBA, SPHR earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2014 to 2017. Beth also obtained a BS in Management from Cardinal Stritch University and a Certificate in HR Generalist from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. In addition to their degrees, they hold multiple certifications including Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Senior Professional in HR (SPHR).
