Alex Vu

Alex Vu is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in customer service and support roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Outdoor Research since October 2021, Alex assists customers with inquiries related to products and shipping. Previous experience includes working as a Warehouse Specialist and Retail Specialist, where Alex honed skills in logistics and customer engagement. Prior to this, Alex enhanced customer relations at Starbucks as a Barista and served in various support roles at Panish Shea & Boyle LLP. Alex also has experience in education as a Lead Instructor at Engineering For Kids and a Tutor at Kumon North America, Inc. Alex is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering at California State University, Northridge, building on a solid educational foundation from El Camino College, Santa Monica College, and North Torrance High School.
