Vince Louis Ochavez

Vince Louis Ochavez has extensive experience in customer service and hospitality, currently serving as the Customer Service Lead at Outdoor Research since October 2021, after previously holding the role of Customer Service Specialist. Vince worked as a Trip Planner at Cabana from August 2022 to February 2023, and prior to that, served as a Senior Videographer Marketing at VisCap Media between June 2020 and August 2021. Additional experience includes positions as Front Desk Representative at Terribles Hotel and Casino, Sales Associate at Banana Republic, and Service Agent at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Vince holds a degree in Hotel Operations and Management from TISOH - The International School of Hospitality, completed in November 2017, and a high school diploma from Desert Oasis High School, graduating in 2015.
