Lana Akimova

Lana Akimova, RPR, has a diverse work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Lana currently works as a Recruitment Consultant at OutForm Consulting, where they focus on operations improvement and delivering results that align with client expectations. Prior to this, Lana worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TransUnion, specializing in IT recruitment. Lana also worked as an IT Recruiter at HR Network Club and held the position of Technical Recruiter. Additionally, Lana gained experience as an Internship Trainee at Transparency International.

Lana Akimova, RPR has a Bachelor's degree in International Politics and Development from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas, which they completed from 2017 to 2021. In addition, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Lisbon from 2019 to 2020.

Lana's education is complemented by several certifications they have obtained. In July 2022, they earned a Six Sigma: Green Belt certification from the Project Management Institute. In September 2021, Lana completed the Learning LinkedIn Recruiter certification offered by LinkedIn and also acquired the Performance-Based Hiring certification from The HR Certification Institute. Lana further enhanced their skills by obtaining a No-Code Solutions for Websites and Apps certificate from LinkedIn Learning in May 2021. Additionally, they completed the Recruiting Foundations certification from SHRM in May 2021.
