Urban Albers has a work experience dating back to 1994. Urban started as the Client Service Director at OUTFORM in February 1994, and their role there continued indefinitely. Urban then moved on to Alrec In-Store in the same year, where they served as the Sr. Key Account Manager until December 2013. Urban's responsibilities included being the direct link between customers and the internal organization, initiating team projects from design to prototyping, and being financially responsible for project results and team budgets. In February 2014, Urban joined Alrec as the Client Service Director, a role they continue to hold. At Alrec, they are an expert in helping shoppers experience the full potential of brands at retail, and they have worked with global brands for over 60 years.

Urban Albers obtained a Post Academic Certificate in Strategic Account Management from Erasmus Universiteit R'dam, ISAM in 2013. Urban pursued their sports education and management studies at Cios Overveen from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Alkwin College Uithoorn from 1980 to 1986 and obtained their Havo / VWO degree.
