Kevin Curley

Kevin Curley began their work experience as a Tax Director at PwC in December 1989, where they remained until March 2003. Kevin then joined Deloitte in March 2003 as a Tax Director, and stayed with the company until January 2014. In February 2014, Kevin joined OUTFRONT Media (formerly CBS Outdoor) as a Senior Vice President, Tax, specializing in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT). Their responsibilities included tax consulting and compliance for REITs, with focus on REIT IPOs, M&A transactions, and REIT qualification compliance. Kevin also oversaw the tax function for the NYSE listed REIT and worked on special projects such as the IPO, split-off from CBS, REIT election, and acquisition of a top five U.

Kevin Curley earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from LIU Post between 1978 and 1980. Kevin later pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Taxation from the same institution, completing their studies between 1985 and 1987. In addition to their educational background, Kevin Curley holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from AICPA and NYSSCPA, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
