Nancy L. Hoffman

Nancy L. Hoffman has had extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on technology transactions, privacy, and intellectual property. Nancy L. began their career at Mayer Brown as a Summer Associate in 2008 and later returned to the company as an Intellectual Property Associate from 2010 to 2012. Nancy L. then joined Jones Day as a Technology Transactions and Privacy Associate from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, they joined OUTFRONT Media as Vice President, Counsel, and Chief Privacy Officer. Nancy L. subsequently held roles at OUTFRONT Media as SVP, Associate General Counsel, and Chief Privacy Officer from 2017 to 2020, and currently holds the position of SVP, Associate General Counsel, Digital Transit Ops and MTA Program Management, and CPO.

Nancy L. Hoffman holds a JD with Honors from The George Washington University Law School. Prior to that, they completed their AB with Honors in Law, Letters, and Society at the University of Chicago. In addition to their educational background, Nancy has obtained certifications including the Certified Information Privacy Professional - Canada (CIPP/C) from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in September 2021. Nancy L. also has a certification as a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States from the same institution.
