Alison D. Sizer

Alison D. Sizer is an accomplished entrepreneur and advisor with extensive experience in digital health and women's health. As the founder of Growth Impact Co since May 2019, Alison has developed new ventures and led partnerships for a global FemHealth festival, coached startups, and crafted investment strategies for Shine Ventures. Alison currently serves as an advisor for Springboard Enterprises and Nex Cubed, focusing on operational support for women-led startups and food security solutions, respectively. Previous roles include venture scouting for Outlander VC and Wefunder, market development leadership at A3Ventures, and global market expansion strategy at Apple. Alison's career also includes significant contributions to Nike in various senior roles, managing profitability and brand marketing initiatives. Alison holds a B.S. in Business Management from North Carolina State University and a certificate in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
